Godrej Prop signs for real estate development in Tamil Nadu

Construction firm Godrej Properties today said it along with its subsidiary Godrej Sea View Properties (GSVPPL) has signed an agreement with Addison & Company for the real estate development in Tamil Nadu.

The 4.82 acre land is situated at Sembarambakkam village of Sriperumbudur Taluk in Tiruvallore district, Godrej Properties said in a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The Company, the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, has also entered into supplementary agreement with HDFC PMS to transfer an additional 0.9 per cent of the equity share capital of its subsidiary GSVPPL for Rs 10 crore
